AYUN Healthcare platform
Took over an unstable platform under active use. We upgraded and stabilised it, then migrated it to a lower-cost cloud provider with minimal disruption to their clients.

Thirty minutes on what you are actually trying to do, and whether we are the right people for it. If we are not, we will tell you in that call.

The codebase, the architecture, the data, whatever exists. Opinions before this point are guesses, and we would rather not charge you for guesses.

Build, inside what you already run
Your infrastructure, your accounts, your stack. We build and operate the layer that was missing. You keep every asset in your own name.

Operate it, and hand over the keys
We run what we build for as long as it is useful. Nothing we make is designed so that only we can maintain it.
Common questions
What kind of work do you take on?
Engagements where quality is not negotiable: systems with sensitive data, high-availability platforms, and products a business will still depend on years from now. If the specification is already closed and the only open variable is price, we are usually not the right fit.
Where is customer data hosted?
It depends on the customer. We choose the hosting location according to the regulations that apply to the engagement: most of our clients are in the EU, so European infrastructure under the GDPR is the usual starting point.
How is the price calculated?
We do not publish a fixed rate, because the figure depends on the work. Once we understand the requirements, we give a clear number.
Who does the work?
The three of us. There is no account-management layer, no handoff to juniors, and no additional team that appears after signing.
